Overview

Rex Lake South is near the southern plutonic domain (syn to post-tectonic and potassic granitoids), which is host to pegmatite-related strategic and rare-earth metal systems. Felsic gneiss and undifferentiated metasedimentary rocks, along with foliated tonalites, host lithium and uranium mineralization in pegmatites. Numerous pegmatite occurrences outcrop within property limits. In 2023, Double O Seven Resources collected 124 till samples (grid spaced 200x250m) and completed a Lidar survey on the Rex Lake South project.

Nearby mines and deposits provide context for the project, but do not necessarily indicate similar size, styles or grade of mineralization within the project.
